Several functional brain injuries cannot be detected through a Neurological assessment, or brain CT scans or MRI. Through a series of tests, our Neuropsychologists can investigate the fine effects of a head injury, by detecting different types of cognitive defects, as well as learning disabilities. A Neuropsychological evaluation can also help with the etiology and diagnosis, addresses issues of symptom validity, and provides recommendations for rehabilitation, occupational and educational planning. This Neuropsychological Evaluation takes a full day, and all findings are summarized in a formal and detailed report.
